Condition: This machine is very special to me. It was created by my mentor who taught me how to repair wheels - 33 years ago! It was created for the wheels that did not need a heavy press but a quick job. He worked on it improving it for many years and I purchased it from his estate when he died. He made with his own hands - and it is awesome - but It needs to be used and that is why I am selling it. It is just gathering dust and should be used to help many!
