Beautiful, Rare French Phillipe 22.0 Quill Handlebar Stem (120 x 25.4mm)

Offering a lovely example sleek elegant vintage Phillipe quill stem,
possibly
for standard 1" threaded fork or
possibly
for a smaller French standard.
What? It's in-between: the un-expanded quill measures 22.0mm, not 22.2. Conclusion: it might serve either world: the common standard for 1" threaded steerers or, some with smaller inner diameters.
Bar clamp diameter measures exactly 25.8mm, across the horizontal with the bolt fully relaxed: please draw your own conclusions.
Forward reach, 120mm.
Newly polished and very good looking from any angle.
Has a very interesting-and somewhat unique-bar clamping bolt which features a precision cutaway center.
