Will it fit my car?
This aux adapter is for BMW models with a 17 round pin CD changer connector at the rear. Please check the back of your radio for a connector that looks like this:
If you have a different connector you will need a different adapter. Another connector type is a Quadlock connector which looks like this:
If you have a Quadlock connector you need this adapter instead -

If your car is pre-wired to take a CD changer in the boot it might be possible to remove the plug from the back of the radio to reveal one of the connectors pictured above. It is not always possible to remove the CD changer connector, or the plug at the back of the radio is different from those above. In these cases it's possible to use the AUX adapter that is designed to connect to CD changer cables in the boot. The pre-wired connector looks like this:
