Campagnolo Rally - A Classic Clunker - Campy RARE Oddity

Love it or Hate it - it's the Campy Rally derailleur.  Worth owning for the cool name cast in the pot metal body.
RELISTED - it was pointed out by better eyes that it was not a NOS item.  Closer inspection proved that correct.  Note slight chain rub on jockey cage. And there's a small scrape on pivot bolt.  The pot metal upper body has some surface corrosion.
Still as very clean derailleur, but it's NOT new.
Jockey wheels are fresh, no cracks (see pic)
