  • Condition: Overall condition, overall excellent. Minor cosmetic issues only, most notably, some faint spotting on the upper and lower cup exterior. A few of tiny tool marks on the crown race's underside: not seen when installed. Locknut is near pristine and the real showpiece of the set. Bearing sets are not original but perfectly-sized, brand new replacements. All bearing surfaces are completely smooth and fine. Headset is spotlessly clean and fully lustrous from top to bottom; ready to grease and install.

    Description

    Offering an exceptionally fine example of Shimano's First Generation Dura-Ace headset for 1" threaded fork, Model K-901.
    CONDITION? Excellent in every way with only some minor spotting of the cup exteriors as the single downside amidst a uniform high bright overall luster and untroubled surface.
    Features an exceptional absence of tools marks on any of the wrench flats.
    Best of all: all bearing surfaces, completely smooth and fine.
    NOTES:
    -Included bearings sets are not original but a brand new matching set of Hartfords in the perfect size and retainer shape guaranteed.
    Stack height: about 44mm.
    Final pair of images: are not duplicates but show cup side views w/ 180 degrees difference.
