This is the exact sealed pouch the buyer will receive.  The bag is stamped that it's mfg 2/20 and that it's best used within 2 years.  If the buyer finds this to be dried up within 30 days, I will provide a shipping label and refund fully when I receive the same one back weighing the as full.
Those dates are like the FDA says about food; a date the company selects themselves; a suggested shorter life means more profit, if people toss items prematurely.
