    You are buying an unused government Garwood 20,000 lbs front winch, very similar to the 5 ton M-series Military Vehicle front bumper winches, M40, M41, M51, M52, M61, M62, M139,....and later models. Part number 11613973, NSN 2590-00-043-4241. It can be converted to hydraulic winch for the later model 5 ton 6x6's. ( I sell the hydraulic motor adapters).  Some warehouse crud, oxidation and cosmetic damage.  It was manufactured decades ago and may need new seals.  Sold "as is".  Shipping is 450 pounds truck freight at buyers expense.
