    Description

    Used tested working HP Universal Counter with many features. Input B is capped off with a rubber boot as i've never needed that side. I've used and relied on this for many years. You may want to re-calibrate this before putting it back into serious use. Self check looks good. All digits on display work, all annunciations work fine.
