    Original vintage 1920's era unopened cardboard can of "DR. HESS MEDICATED POWDER."  It shows both a woman using it as well as a man applying it underneath the leather harness of a horse for "Galls".  It measures 4.5 inches tall and 2 inches wide and is in good overall condition and still has its original paper labeling.
