    Plasma CNC Torch Height Controller.
    Principal of work :
    Plasma machines use a constant current power supply for cutting steel. The power supply can range from 50 to 400 volts (or more) selected from the plasma machine control panel. A constant current supply keeps the cutting current at the user selected value by changing the cutting voltage as the load changes. The load changes as the distance from the torch tip to the metal you are cutting changes.
    The  Torch Height Control (THC) monitors this “Tip Voltage” and adjusts the torch height (by controlling  the Z axis) to maintain Tip Voltage to within the user Set Voltage. ( adjustable)
    When the distance between the torch and cutting plate gets farther, the arc voltage increases and when the torch comes close to the plate the arc voltage will decrease. The THC Controller  will constantly measure the voltage change and will keep a constant distance between the torch and cutting plate by sending a signal to the  Motorized Z axis module to go up or down.

    3-digit 7-segment LED display. Two multifunction buttons for easy adjustment and 3 LED indicators for the presence of "ark" signal and control signals "up" and "down". It has 6 parameters settings for easy and efficient operation. For easy installation there is a built-in power supply and works directly on 220VAC(110-220 VAC) .For safe operation, all inputs, outputs and power supply are galvanically separated. Developed and manufactured in Bulgaria for the second year of probation. Developed on the basis of all used Torch Height Controllers on the market so far, gathered the best of them and combined in one. We have several models:
    -Stably working with all models of plasma devices with 7-segment LED displays with output signals to control the "Z" axis "up and down",
    with output signals for direct control of the driver of the "Z" axis Pulse & Drive.
    The same 2 models  with TFT display, but they work stably only with low-frequency plasma devices. The control of the display makes the device more sensitive to high-frequency plasma devices.
