Samozdrav is a training device targeted at normalizing the intensity of respiration and content of CO2 (carbon dioxide) in the blood. Training includes breathing through the simulator for 5-30 minutes 1-2 times a day.
Gradually, the body adapts to the normal content of carbon dioxide in the blood (6% is normal).
Due to the training of the respiratory system during several months, respiration rate decreases, cell metabolism improves, the spasm of blood vessels and bronchi diminishes that result in blood pressure normalization.
