    Super nice old rear Spring Loaded deluxe rear carrier for the pre balloon tire
    wood wheel bicycles of the 1920s and maybe even teens...saw use up through
    the early mid 30's on various models.  Shiny black paint appears to have been
    repainted at some point!  Straight and not all pitted, nice smooth metal surfaces.
    Fits the 26 and 28 inch vintage bicycles...  Elgin, Indian, Harley Davidson, Ranger,
    Schwinn, Colson, others
