Condition: I took this off an old Hercules. The cotter pins are no good and only for reference. There is one spot on the crank interior slightly bent because it was stuck and I hit it hard. It could easily be tapped into shape but I did not want to misrepresent the item. Needs polishing but a decent replacement part. I only ship to the 48 continental United States so NO INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS please.
