Description

This is an interesting vintage or antique veterinary medicine related item. It is a small can that pictures chickens. It reads: "RUSSELL'S LARGE ROUND WORMR X CAPSULES...For chickens and turkeys...I.D. RUSSELL CO. EST. 1913...KANSAS CITY, MO." The can has a tin top & bottom, but the center section is CARDBOARD or PRESSED PAPER PULP. It measures 3 & 1/2 inches tall and is 2 & 3/8 inches wide. The condition is in the FAIR to GOOD range. The original pry open lid is present. The paper label has some soiling, paint rubs and spotting from moisture. While this company was established in 1913 - I would "GUESS" this can is from the 1920's or 1930's - give or take. It is guaranteed to be old & original, or your money back.
